COLORADO LIFE

AT ITS BEST.

When my health permits, I love venturing into the wilderness of Colorado. There is something about nature that grounds me and propels my mind into an imaginative state.

Sharing these experiences with my family makes it all the sweeter.

RESEARCH

ANTARCTICA

I spent six months in Antarctica on a research project to record earthquakes from around the globe. From this experiment, we learned how the majestic Transantarctic Mountains formed.

EARTHQUAKES

Most of my research focused on learning about the interior of the Earth like a ct scan but using earthquakes. Further, I co-developed a volunteer earthquake network with computers, phones, and other devices.

YOUTH

Redwoods

I grew up with a deep appreciation for the outdoors. Surrounded by the peaceful setting of a redwood forest, I enjoyed long periods of time to use my imagination. Reading, D&D, and the nature. What could be better?
